You’re quite right Rachel. I’ve never found those race-to-the-bottom online marketplaces any good for finding real valuable freelance work. It saddens me that some people believe that’s what freelancing is. I wrote about this in Freelancing ≠ Upwork, where I shared many of the same thoughts as you.
