This is an interesting statement because I find it’s almost the opposite. There are usually three or four different workable solutions or different CSS methods that will work. None of them are particularly more “right” than the others, and it often just comes down to personal preference or familiarity. I take your point that code is logical and therefor has a lot of certainty, but I think it’s misleading to say that there is a “right” answer as that implies one right answer.
