Thanks for the thoughtful response Adbul. It’s a great question that I have often struggled with during my career.

My freelance business has created an awesome job for me, but nothing that will outlive me. It requires my constant attention and effort. Making the transition to being more of an entrepreneur and building a larger business system than has value beyond my own skills and experience has proven to be very difficult because the artist in me is at odds with my entrepreneurial side.
