I haven't considered outsourcing sales and marketing because I do almost none of it anyway. My new clients come from referrals or through my website.

Part of the reason I struggle so much with this is that I've worked hard to make my business super efficient, so there's very little fat to trim or time to save by outsourcing anything that isn't my core service.
