Really nice article Lauren. I talk about many of the same things when I discuss freelance pricing.
The next step after this appears to be transitioning entirely away from trading time for money, and using value-based pricing instead. But I’ve struggled with implementing those concepts — it has its own new kinds or hurdles to overcome. Would be interested in your thoughts on having a high hourly rate vs. value pricing.
