I’ve always been a freelance designer so I can’t relate to half of this. But from my point of view, a lack of good designers is great for my business. If every other person is calling themselves a designer, but not delivering on that promise, it makes the good ones like us stand out. Doesn’t bother me one bit. Despite the influx of inexperience, my business has never been better.
