I love it! This really fits with how I view my design process too. My one suggestion is that maybe a few smaller discovery and ideation triangles need to fit within the green delivery triangle.
This is because The Concept usually defines the best solutions to the problem but can be devoid of smaller details. (intentionally, or because those details haven’t been thought of yet). It takes a repeat of those discovery and ideation steps, within the frame of the Delivery process, to validate smaller ideas along the way.
In fact, this would make the whole process almost fractal. Smaller and smaller discovery and ideation phases within Delivery, solving finer and finer details until some acceptable form of The Product is achieved.
Then of course the product is never finished, and the entire process starts over.
