I agree Jim. Using your contract/agreement as client education is great. I do some of that too, especially in terms of educating them about how their commitment and timely feedback are a huge factor in the project’s speed and efficiency. I don’t have a problem with contracts that include a lot of info. It’s more about the language they are written in, and how easy that is to digest for clients.
