Hey Alejandra. I agree with your thoughts here. I recently wrote a similar piece about giving and receiving design feedback with made many of the same points. This is such an important part of the design process than many people don’t do well, which turns it into a frustration. It’s really important we as designer discuss these things more often, so I’m grateful you’ve done this.
