Employers always list too big a range of skills, looking for that unicorn who can do it all for them. That’s rarely realistic, and many employers will think more of you if you point out to them what you’re strong at, and be honest about where you lack experience. In reality, they probably don’t expect someone to tick every one of those boxes. They need most of them, and then you can learn the rest.
