Christian, this is one of the best UX vs. UI definitions I’ve read. I like the iceberg analogy (I can’t believe I hadn’t thought about it like that before!). You’ve described this in very easy to understand terms that non-designer should still grasp, yet not so dumbed down that experienced designers find it beneath them. Great work.
