Almost all of the complaints here are solved by becoming self-employed. I've been a professional freelancer for 18 years and I feel like I'm in my dream job - because it's a job I created for myself to do what I want to do and what I'm good at. And I have complete control over who I work with and the trajectory of my career. Not to mention that building a portfolio career has now become way more stable than traditional full-time employment.

Take a look at: Why Freelancing Became More Stable Than Employment

Dream jobs do exist, and they're not as difficult to find as you might think. You simply have to create them yourself.
