Absolutely the way we package ourselves and communicate about our services and processes matters. What also matters is the types of client you work for. Some have more appreciation for this stuff than others, or more appreciation for design altogether. Being able to attract the right kind of clients that need and appreciate your strengths goes hand in hand with being able to offer those services in a valuable way.
