The intersection of design and business is my favourite topic to write and read about. I love how you’ve explained different ways the value of design can be measured, how it nourishes rather than opposes business thinking, and how understanding business makes for far better design.

I think most seasoned digital designers feel all of these things, but they are difficult to articulate, and that’s one reason the value of design has been historically misunderstood.
